helpful staffexcellent shuttleworn furnishingsmall water
sam and chali helped me store my luggage while i waited for my flight. they also gave me free bottled water and some sweets. it was very helpful, and i could go around the hotel more easily. the shuttle service was excellent as well. it was very convenient to have transportation so close.
it took them a long time to find my reservation. the room furnishings seemed worn and the room had an unpleasant smell. i found this quite disappointing! also, the bottled water provided was so small.

i like the spacious area for children. it allows for them to run freely. the free shuttle bus was very convenient. i am thankful to jay denosta, he helped us with directions and took our photos, he was very helpful.
i noticed that the water pressure in the shower was low. the tea selection in the room could offer more choices. there was no coffee capsule machine provided for self-service.
